East Coast Dreaming

The east coast just gets nicer and nicer now for the next few months - and leaving aside the blip that is Easter, quieter and quieter.

Some shots from early in the month when a short sojourn delivered the goods - I have been so busy since returning from that break that I haven't had time to post.

Summer

An early morning walk up the hill behind the house after a cooler night with the smell of bushfires in the air.

But I realised that I forgot to do a Christmas post. Family, food and of course, presents.

2013

Unlike last year we are having a real summer this year.  So, with Canberra heading towards 40 degrees its time to water the garden, close up the house, and head to the "local" beach.

A walk up Red Hill in the centre of Canberra - we saw a couple of brown snakes but I wasn't quick enough to get a photo of them.

And then home to enjoy the apple and quince blossoms in the garden.
